Kannon Temple Mountain remain

Kannon Temple Mountain remain is the remains of in the latter half large-scale highlands- related moat colony in Yayoi period run near the tip of the hill which is the narrow head extending to the Osaka plains from the Izumi Mountains. The village is located on two hills running side by side and each village is sectioned by a deep moat and step-formed facilities. 117 remains of a dugout and several Horitate erecting the first pillar thing traces were excavated in the whole village.The relative height with plains is approximately around 25 meter. These a variety of remains press it for reexamination about the character of the highland colony.
